5 Kitchen Trends from our Anthem Country Club Home Remodel
Our Anthem Country Club home remodel brings a blend of traditional elements as well as contemporary fixtures that create a blend of luxury and family living. In the kitchen, this meant bringing in a mixture of wood and metals to emphasize this lasting customized design. Take a look at 5 kitchen trends we incorporated into this remodel.
Exposed Wood Beams
Exposed wood beams in the kitchen have taken over the interior design business and we are loving it. The space feels larger and brighter with the touch of elegance when having wooden beams overhead with the contrast of an all white kitchen below. By spanning the beams across the entire room, it makes the open concept living and dining space feel cohesive and cozy.
Butler's Pantry
By designing a pantry away from appliances and the rest of the kitchen, it allows your eye to be drawn to more beautiful elements of your kitchen, like these exposed wood beams overhead. A butler's pantry is the perfect way for storing larger items that take up space on your counter and we love designing the entrance of a butler's pantry with an arched doorway for a more luxurious feel.
Hidden Barstools
Why walk around barstools and cut off your newly designed open concept living and dining space when you could have hidden barstools! By choosing barstools without a back, you allow for your extra seating to be stowed away under the counter and out of the way for everyday life. Bring the barstools out for friends and family to gather around in the kitchen and be able to place them orderly underneath your kitchen island to bring the space back to its original state.
Double Dishwashers, Double Everything
Make life easier and install two dishwashers. Life can get really busy, especially with kids, so this remodel for a family of 6 definitely needed two of everything. Not only are there double dishwashers, but there are also double ovens, allowing the whole family to be taken care of. Install your double dishwashers and ovens in the same location for convenience and ease as well as leaving ample space for custom cabinetry.
A Breakfast Nook
If you have a smaller space off the kitchen and don't know what to do with it, then design a breakfast nook that can accommodate the whole family. A simple design of a round table, six chairs, and a contemporary light fixture overhead is all you need. Enjoy daily meals here or host intimate dinner parties with your closest girlfriends.
This Anthem Country Club home remodel was designed with a family of 6 in mind who love spending time together and who enjoy entertaining friends and family. No MFD remodel would be complete without attention to detail, and that's exactly what this kitchen did. We hope these five trends help you create your dream kitchen and allow you to live in luxury and comfort everyday.
