This luxurious home got a complete makeover from top to bottom, complete with a game room, elegant primary bedroom, and two-story kitchen. The color palette of the home was dark & outdated and we turned the space into a light and airy oasis after a mere 4 weeks! Above the two-story kitchen lies a home library that can be seen from various angles on the first floor. We decided to spruce up this narrow space by adding a newly designed dark hardwood bookcase with a moveable attached ladder, a plush chaise, and fresh Alabaster paint. The home library is inviting as well as pretty to look at and our clients can spend their free time enjoying their custom library in style.

Our clients had a dining room with good bones to begin with, however the main color palette of the room was purple velvet with a touch of gold. We removed the old drapery and replaced them with new, custom drapery by MFD to let in more natural light. We also kept the original mirrored built-in cabinetry and painted it a more neutral color as well as putting in dark hardwood floors to bring out the fresh airy color palette of the room. Besides the flooring, there was no demolition to the space which kept costs down and our clients happy. We were able to keep some of the original elements of the dining room while bringing in a modern twist.

When we first saw this house, all we could think was "WOW...there's so much space, but it's so dark in here!" For that reason, we ripped out the outdated hardwood and replaced it with a much sleeker hardwood, repainted every wall to Alabaster, removed the beams over the kitchen, and updated the unique spiral staircase that flows in the center of the home. The kitchen got new appliances, double kitchen islands, a newly arranged living room, a custom black oven range, and so much more. The whole space feels brand new & we loved our one of a kind design for this home.
