Some of the best days start with a demolition and end with a beautiful new space! Our team is hard at work this month, renovating 5 homes across the Las Vegas Valley. The goal is to have every home finished by Thanksgiving Day and we couldn't be more excited to share some of the behind the scenes of these projects. Read below for more updates.

Accent walls are one of the biggest ways we try and spruce up a space. This new edition to this Summerlin home in The Mesas is the perfect way to welcome guests with a WOW factor. We opted for this sleek, modern look, accented by contemporary light fixtures that will look great with our clients' new furniture. The BEFORE photo shows a bland, outdated, boring wall that was in desperate need of a face lift. Our team built this in just two days and we couldn't love it more! Sometimes our demo days work around newly constructed designs that only need smaller areas to be rearranged, just like this two-story living room and dining room combo in one of our latest projects in Las Vegas. With stunning floor to ceiling windows and an oversized fireplace, we didn't want to take away from the natural light while designing our latest plans for a more updated look and feel. We love the vaulted ceilings with exposed wood, but we don't care for the 90's marble. Our plan is to bring in some new without taking away from the bones of this home and we can't wait to show off the final look!

When a client gives us a blank space, you know we're going ALL in on our design! This is one of the most fun ways to explore the latest trends and a way to bring in traditional elements of the design world to our clients' homes without overwhelming the space. This primary bedroom in our Henderson remodel is going to transform from a cookie cutter build to a one of a kind oasis fit for a king and queen! The downstairs dining room, living room, and bathrooms are also getting a much needed facelift and our crew can't wait to get in there and start something new!
