This kitchen remodel in Summerlin, NV is the perfect hot spot for entertaining friends and family. Our clients wanted modern features with complimentary details and we just love how everything came together so effortlessly! By installing a large enough kitchen island with room for extra seating, this not only brought in a statement piece, but also functionality. The extra added element of displaying the ceiling lights on a platform really made these two elements coexist perfectly at the center of the room.

We kept the overall layout of the kitchen the same to keep down costs, however we managed to update the appliances, backsplash, and flooring in order to give it that "refreshed" look. Our team also wanted to bring in comfortable countertop seating to host friends and family, so custom upholstered seats were the way to go! This kitchen now feels glamorous and open, but has that warmth and glow to feel like home.

Our second kitchen remodel in Summerlin, NV focused on a more neutral color palette, sprinkled with green and brown tones throughout. Again, we wanted to make a statement with the kitchen island and to provide extra seating, but this time we also added in extra storage and a wine fridge for our client's growing collection. Specifying each client's wants is really what drives each bespsoke design and is the focal point of our creativity.

We also opted for ceiling to mid-counter height cabinetry so that our client could reach for every day items easier which is a great idea when figuring out logistics for daily use. Kitchens are constantly being walked through, cooked in, and gathered around, so it's important to choose sturdy materials. We also love this kitchen for it's openness and maximized storage spaces. When remodeling your kitchen, always be sure to check high and low for any area that may serve a function. Later on you'll be able to fill these spaces with dishes, tableware, glasses, decorative vases, and more!
