Hi everyone! If you're new here, we are a mother/daughter interior design duo that is taking on home remodels, decor, and so much more from the Las Vegas valley to various states! Get to know us more this week as we share insight into our work relationship & how we implement family values into our designs.

Laura Sullivan founded My Favorite Design, Inc. on April 1, 2007 with a desire to bring clients their dream homes to life. With an eye for design & a passion for the creative world of luxury living, Laura has helped a multitude of clients over the years. Her expertise in residential as well as commercial projects has launched her career into becoming a true success story filled with raving client testimonials, beautiful homes, and a thriving business for years to come. She has designed for various families, friends, and colleagues from Southern California to Nashville Tennessee, even covering vacation homes in locations such as Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Duck Creek, Utah. Laura's leadership and drive is what has kept this business going over the years and she has implemented an unwavering level of hard work, trust, and professionalism into every project.

In June 2023, Jordan graduated from UCLA with a degree in Communications and then went straight to work alongside her mom at My Favorite Design, Inc. as the Marketing Director. With a love for the design world and admiration for her new found boss, Jordan took on the role of implementing marketing strategies, outreach, and advertisements for the company. With a vision to expand the business on a digital platform, MFD has now reached more individuals on platforms such as Instagram and Houzz thanks to the daily updates, content, and blog posts. Now, the company has started a weekly podcast, has a newly updated website, Pinterest profile for shoppers, and more! My Favorite Design is now both a referral based business as well as a digitally displayed one, all thanks to Jordan's efforts over the past year.

The day to day work relationship of this mother/daughter duo is unstoppable! With Laura at the forefront of the designs and remodels & Jordan in charge of creating digital content to share the process as well as finalized looks of these projects, the MFD Team has been able to create and promote their work at lighting speed. With such strong family values as well as work ethic, this team has tried to implement these core values into every project. Every family deserves a space to enjoy with their loved ones on a daily basis, so what better way to do this than by hiring this dynamic duo that truly understands the importance of family!
